Description: The final beer in our back-to-back re-releases from our debut beer lineup, Genji, was the fastest-selling of our launch rotators. Made with rice and a special Japanese Lager yeast designed to ferment out extra dry, this 4% lager is the ultimate crusher of a beer. On top of that, we gave it a bit of a craft beer spin by adding some Wai-iti hops to the whirlpool in order to impart a little splash of citrus and stone fruit on the nose of this beer.
