Beer Blurb: A Red, Red Rose with Bartholomew's

Scottish Ale - 5.4% - (Beer / Bière)

We teamed up with Victoria institution, Bartholomew's Public House to celebrate Scotland’s most famous poet, Robbie Burns, who died in 1796. Five years after his death, the first Burns' Supper was held, when a group of his friends and a fellow poet threw a dinner party on January 25th to commemorate his life, on what they believed to be his birthday.

Malt-forward and faintly smoky, this 80 Shilling-style Scottish Ale is designed to warm your bones in seaside taverns deep in the dead of winter, beckoning you back for another taste: “And I will come again, my luve, Though it were ten thousand mile.”

Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast
