Beer Blurb: North To Paradise with House of Boateng

Spiced Mango Dark Lager - 5.3% - (Beer / Bière) 

Inspired by Chef Castro’s mango hot sauce, this dark lager incorporates those flavours of fresh mango, habaneros, all-spice, cinnamon, and other warm spices to develop that “smooth reggae beat” that can be found underlying much of HOB’s cuisine.

We’re honoured to be teaming up with Castro Boateng, award-winning chef of the eponymous House of Boateng (HOB), for a series of long-table pairing dinners (Get Tickets Here). To celebrate we have brewed a beer designed to reflect the wonderful food and community they have created.
